RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Whether it’s a beautiful Talavera plate or a rustic clay cazuela, we want you to be completely delighted with your order. To ensure fairness and clarity for all our customers, we have outlined our straightforward 14-day return policy below.
1. The Nature of Our Products (Exemptions)
Due to the nature of our handcrafted inventory, the following items are exempt from standard returns:
- Hygiene & Food Safety: For health and safety reasons, any clay kitchenware, mugs, or serving bowls that have been used or washed cannot be returned.
- Final Sale: Any items marked as clearance or final sale at the time of purchase.
2. Standard Returns
For eligible items (such as unused home decor, folk art, and textiles):
- Notification & Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us and initiate your return.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in a resalable condition with all original tags attached. (Note: As our items are handmade, natural variations in color and shape are part of their charm and are not considered defects.)
3. How to Initiate a Return
To return an item, please follow these simple steps:
- Contact Us: Send an email to support@artesaniasreyes.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Pack Your Item: Securely wrap and pack the unused item in its original box or safe packaging to ensure it does not break during transit.
- Send it Back: Mail your package to our retail store address or bring it directly to our storefront counter in Fresno during regular business hours.
4. No Restocking Fees
We believe in transparent service. Artesanías Reyes charges $0.00 Restocking Fees for all eligible returns.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives in less-than-perfect condition, we will make it right:
- Reporting: Please report any damage or breakages within 24 hours of delivery.
- Evidence: Email photos of the damaged item and the original packaging to support@artesaniasreyes.com.
- Resolution: We will provide a full refund or a replacement for any items confirmed as damaged in transit or defective upon arrival.
6. Refunds
- Processing: Once we receive your return or verify the damage, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
- Payment Method: Refunds are issued directly to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note it may take your bank additional time to post the transaction.
7. Return Shipping Costs
- Change of Mind: For eligible returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
- Our Error: If we have sent the wrong item or the item arrives damaged, Artesanías Reyes will cover all associated return shipping costs.
