  • Transparent Pricing: The price at checkout is the final price. We do not charge restocking fees or hidden handling charges.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Territory: We ship exclusively within the United States. We do not support international shipping.
  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PT).

  • Transit Time: 3 – 5 Business Days.
  • Total Delivery: Estimated 3 – 6 Business Days.
  • Local Pickup: Free collection is available from our Fresno store (Ready in 2 hours during store hours). A valid government-issued photo ID is required for pickup.

4. Returns & Refunds

We offer a straightforward 14-day return window for eligible items.

  • Standard Items: You have the right to return unused, unwashed, and resalable items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery.
  • Exemptions: For health and food safety reasons, clay kitchenware, mugs, or serving bowls that have been used or washed cannot be returned. Final sale items are also exempt.
  • Damaged Goods: If an item arrives damaged, you must contact us at support@artesaniasreyes.com within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence to qualify for a replacement or refund.

5. No Restocking Fees

In the event of an eligible return, Artesanías Reyes charges $0.00 Restocking Fees. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for “change of mind” returns on eligible items. If an item is defective or sent in error, we cover all return shipping costs.
